Where will my order ship from?
All of our clothing is lovingly hand made in the UK. We ship all of our parcels from the UK too.
All taxes and shipping fees are included at the checkout, so that you won't have any other fees on delivery.
Can I edit my shipping address post purchase?
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when you are placing your order. We are unable to change or edit shipping addresses once the order has been confirmed due to the speed of processing at our fulfilment warehouse. Some parcels are shipped within 60 minutes of the order being placed! We want to get parcels sent out as quickly as possible and we prioritise efficiency in this process for the benefit of our customer experience.
Can you ship to a PO Box Address?
We are unable to ship to a PO Box address. Please use an alternative address when checking out.
What are the returns & exchanges options?
We hope that you absolutely adore your new AYM items. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will help you to receive a refund or to process an exchange as follows:

If for any reason the garments aren't perfect for you we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
We offer free return shipping when you opt for an exchange or when you opt for a refund as store credit.

We want you to absolutely love your AYM items. If there are any problems with your order we will ensure to have this resolved for you as promptly as possible so that you can enjoy your AYM items.
If you are in the UK you can opt for SOJO tailoring on your garment to ensure the fit is perfect for you. This has been a particualy popular service for Petite customers who want to adjust lengths. Simply select 'SOJO Guarantee' on the product page to apply this to your order.
